- Order Processing and Management: Collection of name, shipping address, billing address, phone number, VAT/Tax ID, and email address to process sales and ensure the delivery of epoxy resin and eco-resin pieces.
- Invoicing: Billing data is processed and transmitted through the certified invoicing software Weoinvoice, complying with fiscal obligations before the Portuguese Tax and Customs Authority.
- Direct Marketing (Newsletter): Subject to explicit consent (opt-in) on the Website, the User’s email will be used to send marketing communications, news about new products, promotions, and launches from Studio Camões. The user can withdraw this consent at any time.
3. Recipients and Sharing of Data
To ensure the operation of the online store and the delivery of products, Studio Camões shares strictly necessary data with outsourced third-party entities:
- Ifthenpay: Partner entity that securely processes payments (Multibanco, MBWay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Credit Cards). Studio Camões does not store any banking or credit card details on its servers.
- Weoinvoice: Invoicing software used for the legal issuance of sales invoices.
- Shipping and Logistics Companies: Shipping data (name, address, and phone number) will be shared with the selected carrier (such as DPD or similar logistical operators integrated via plugin) to enable the physical delivery of the order.
4. Data Retention
Personal data collected will be stored only for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes that motivated its collection (e.g., management and warranty of the purchase) or to comply with legal retention periods (specifically tax regulations, which require billing documentation to be kept for a period of 10 years).
